Theresa has been an active member of Charlotte SHRM since 2017 and a member of SHRM for ten years. 

Theresa is an HRCI Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, International (SPHRi) with 25 years of experience primarily in non-profit and manufacturing as an HR Director.  She has a master's degree in human resources management.
