As we transition from an entirely work from home culture to a return to the office, whether hybrid or full time, employers are wondering how to keep their employees engaged and what their competition is doing.  Please join us as we welcome Kathryn Sears of Catapult, formerly The Employers Association, to discuss predicted post-pandemic trends in the Charlotte area. She will also present employee engagement ideas to help HR professionals manage the transition back to the office, and give us a bit of insight into what may challenges may be coming our way as Charlotte employers strive to maintain their workforce in a changing landscape.

Kathryn Sears is a member of Catapult’s Advice Team with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Recruiting, including generalist experience in a wide range of Human Resources areas.
