CASHRM 2024 MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The CASHRM Mentorship Program provides entry and mid-level Human Resources professionals an opportunity to be paired with a mentor to help advance their careers.  In addition, the program provides leadership opportunities to mid-to senior-level HR professionals to share their knowledge and experience with others. Through the CASHRM Mentoring Program we aim to enhance the collective knowledge of the HR professionals in our region and help advance the careers of our members.  Whether you are looking to refine, refresh or reinvent your career, the CASHRM Mentoring Program offers a way forward.  Seasoned professionals can sharpen their coaching and feedback skills, while emerging leaders can forge a path to reach their goals.

The CASHRM Mentorship program provides a 1:1 relationship for mentors and mentees to be matched based around learning objectives, strengths, and experience.  Each mentorship pair will be assigned an Ambassador to assist as needed through the mentoring relationship.  Mentees should establish learning objectives that they are looking to accomplish over the five months of the program.  Both mentors and mentees should be respectful of each other’s privacy and confidentiality and not reveal information during discussions to other parties.
