Tyler has been a member of the Charlotte SHRM since 2020 and a member of SHRM for six years. Tyler has his BS in Business Administration from Gardner Webb University and is a Human Resource Generalist with 7 years of experience in the HR Profession.

His functional areas of expertise include full-cycle recruiting, benefits, training and development, process improvement and HR project management.
