Cathy Graham has been a member of the Charlotte Area SHRM since 2005. She holds both the SHRM-SCP and the SPHR designations and has over 35 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong emphasis in the area of employee benefits. Her career includes corporate human resources positions for Eddie Bauer (Seattle), The Cato Corporation and The Employers Association. Cathy now operates her own consulting practice, HR At Your Service, LLC.
