Monte has served as the VP of Membership for the past two years as well as the President Elect for one year prior to becoming the chapter President.  

A driven HR professional with several years of progressive HR experience and over 20 years of leadership experience. He possesses a mixture of corporate and field leadership with over 10 years of multi-unit leadership experience. As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Octapharma Plasma he has oversight over all Recruiting & Onboarding functions.

Monte enjoys traveling and visiting new places (mostly tropical destinations). He also enjoys swimming and entertaining friends and family in his

backyard oasis. He is a big music buff and loves listening to live music and people watching with an adult beverage in an outdoor setting.  

Restaurant:  He is a huge Foodie!!!  He doesn't have one favorite restaurant.  His favorite restaurants are based on what he has a taste for.  However, some of his

fav's are The Office Craft Bar & Kitchen, Bang Bang Burger, Jade Asian Fusion, Hestia, Skrimp Shack (Yes, it's spelled Skrimp!), and Epic Chophouse.

Something we would be surprised to know about you:  He is an adrenaline junkie!  He loves motorcycles, bungie jumping, and fast cars.
