Sonal brings several years of diverse HR experience to the CASHRM Board. Currently serving as a Human Resources Process Consultant at Octapharma Plasma, Inc., she specializes in streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and fostering stakeholder collaboration. Sonal has a proven track record in talent acquisition, recruiting, onboarding, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Sonal will be completing her SHRM – CP certification in February 2025 and holds an advanced certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, demonstrating a commitment to fostering equitable and inclusive workplace cultures.
