Andrew Rowl

Andrew is a highly accomplished senior employee benefits consultant with over 14 years of experience in providing strategic guidance and consulting services to mid and large-sized companies across various industries. With a strong focus on law, manufacturing, distribribution, technology, and private equity sectors, Andrew has consistently delivered exceptional results and helped organizations optimize their employee benefits programs. Prior to joining Gallagher, Andrew spent 10 years at Mercer as a Senior Principal consultant in the Health Practice where he successfully designed and implemented comprehensive employee benefits packages tailored to the specific needs, goals, and budgetary considerations of his clients. He has a proven track record of guiding clients through complex benefit plan designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maximizing cost-effectiveness. As a trusted advisor, Andrew has built long-lasting relationships with clients, earning a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering tailored solutions. He possesses a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging regulations, and best practices, enabling him to provide proactive recommendations and innovative strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and drive overall organizational success. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Kansas and an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He lives in Charlotte with his wife Whitney, children Lillian and Cooper, and golden retriever Birdie.

 

Kyle Armeny

Kyle currently serves as the Area President for Gallagher Benefit Services in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia and the Carolinas. Kyle maintains executive responsibility for client relationships and is dedicated to client retention, recruiting and staff development, and overall branch growth.

Kyle began his career in 2008 and joined Gallagher in 2013. He has served in account management, sales, and consulting roles during his career at Gallagher. Prior to joining Gallagher, he worked in the finance industry with a specialization in foreign currency options trading. Kyle attended the University of Pennsylvania where he earned his B.S., Economics
