Speaker Bios
Tom Simonson, CFP, CEBS is a Partner and Managing Director for Creative Planning Retirement Services and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. His primary responsibilities include new business development and strategic consulting to plan sponsors regarding governance, fiduciary liability, mergers/acquisitions, and plan optimization. He has more than 25 years of retirement plan industry experience including senior leadership and client consulting roles for a global benefits consulting firm and business development for one of the nation's largest retirement plan service providers. Tom received his B.B.A. in Finance from Iowa State University and his M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.
Joe Dillon, CFP is a Managing Director for Creative Planning Retirement Services and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Throughout his almost 20-year career, Joe has worked with organizations of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500 Companies, to help optimize their workplace savings programs. Joe received his B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University.
