What You'll Learn

Unlearned: Examining the habits, beliefs and behaviors that are limiting your success

A leadership and communications training

We all entered adulthood with expectations that were shaped by our environment, education, family, religion, and even the media.  Expectations around who we were supposed to be and what we were supposed to do were constantly being fed to us.  Then as we got to the living of life, we began to realize that some of those ideals didn’t truly align with who we were even if they led to what others deemed successful.

I’m sure you’re thinking, How do we create authentic wins that align with our life?  Well, I’m glad you asked! Sometimes, the best way to learn what you should be doing is to unlearn the things that no longer serve the real you.  That requires us to gain awareness of the expectations that we had and sometime still have, and then unlearning the thoughts and characteristics limiting us from success in our careers.

This session will cover leadership & communication skills, and emotional intelligence. We will discuss:

·      How to determine who’s cut out for leadership

·      How to be a great leader

·      Miscommunication using shared language

·      How does vulnerability impact communication

·      The impact of loss on your life
