New Leaders Need Support presented by Audrey Rajnak

As the new year begins and promotion season approaches, a new crop of people leaders will need our support as they begin their path to success. Join us as Audrey Rajnak lays out a 90-day roadmap for new leaders to get off to a strong start.


    Speaker Information:

    For 22 years, Audrey Rajnak, has worked in Fortune 100 financial services firms at the intersection of finance, technology, real estate and process design. Through leading staff and project teams she discovered her passion for coaching. In 2020, she began her coaching journey, and in January of 2022 launched her coaching practice, Rajnak & Co, full time serving individuals and teams. Audrey is an ICF certified coach (ACC) , Gallup Certified Strengths coach and EQ-i 2.0 practitioner. A powerful tool she offers in her coaching practice is CliftonStrengths. She’s facilitated Clifton Strengths courses for individuals and teams, reaching hundreds of mid to senior level professionals within a Fortune 100 setting and many more through her coaching practice. 

    A life long learner, Audrey holds a bachelors in Economics from California State University, Los Angeles, an MBA from the University of Georgia, and a Masters in Leadership and Organizational Development from The University of Texas at Dallas. Since 2011 she’s also held a PMP (project management professional) credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI). A California native, Audrey now resides in North Carolina, just south of Charlotte, with her husband of 14 years, and two young daughters. In her spare time she enjoys playing bad tennis, coaches for the local Girls on the Run chapter and squeezes in reading whenever she can. Audrey’s Top 5 Clifton Strengths are: Empathy, Consistency, Intellection, Connectedness, and Relator.
