Rita is the Executive Director of Human Resources for CEENTA. Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, she transitioned to Mooresville, North Carolina, and served as the Director of Human Resources at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.

She began her career in the human resources field in 1991 at Baptist Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience in both the healthcare and retail sectors. Rita worked at Prisma Health-Tuomey in Sumter, South Carolina for five years, before relocating to Charlotte.

Rita holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Wesleyan University and a master's degree in human resources from Webster University.  Additionally, she has earned her SHRM-CP Professional designation, demonstrating her expertise in the field of human resources.

Hobbies/Things to Do: Spending time with her granddaughter and grandson. Rita is also an avid runner.
