Schyler is the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Saratoga Casino where he leads the HR team to drive employee and guest relations at our properties.  Schyler Houck has a MBA from Clarkson University and a BS in Marketing and Management from Siena College.  He is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) through as HRCI as well as a MBTI, DDI and DISC certified facilitator, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Prosci Change Management Practitioner. 

Schyler has been recognized as a leader within his profession and was selected as one of the “Top 30 Under 30 HR Professionals” by SHRM in 2016.  Schyler joined CASHRM in 2021 and comes with prior leadership experience with the Capital Region HR Association and Capital Region Association for Talent Development.
